Our website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

The Data We Collect About You

When purchasing, opening an account, applying for a trade application or requesting after sales service from us we will collect, store and transfer the following data about you, your staff or your business;

  • first name, last name and title, business address, billing address, email address(es), telephone number(s) and fax number(s),
  • details about payments which we will securely collect and store.
  • when you apply for a credit account we will collect company data such as company registration number, date of incorporation, VAT registration number and number of employees.

To improve our web service offering as well as undertake website personalisation, we may gather information about your online profile data which includes account preferences, IP addresses, username, passwords, time zone settings and operating systems. When you contact our after sales service or warranty team, in addition to the above data we will also gather information about your product details, such a serial numbers, proof of purchase, product usage and history.

IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with our products or services). How Long We Keep the Information
